How secure is my transaction?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. All information is stored on our servers in a secure location. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
How do I get my password?
If you are a new customer, simply complete your order and register as a new customer at check-out. During registering, you will be assigned a customer number automatically and will be given an opportunity to set up a password.
I've forgotten my password, what do I do?
Click the forgot password link and we will send you an email to reset your password, or call the 1-800 number at the top of the screen a representative will gladly re-set your secure password.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Depending upon the order you should expect 3-5 business days in transit. If your order contains non-standard or custom products, we will tell you the anticipated ship date at order checkout.
Once I return an order, how long will it take to have my account credited?
Usually accounts are credited within 7-10 days but during extreme times this may be extended.
Can I get a copy of my invoice?
Invoices are available once an item is shipped. For prepay customers that don’t receive an invoice, an order confirmation is available.
How many boxes will I receive?
This is dependent on the size of the order, availability of product, and number of vendors involved.
When are my back orders due to be shipped?
On inventory items a projected ship date is available. On vendor items, we must call the vendor and request a potential ship date. An estimated ship date will be shown to you on this website. This estimated ship date may be subject to change.
Why am I getting multiple invoices?
You are typically invoiced only once when the order is complete. You may, however, receive multiple invoices if one or more of your products must ship from another location.
